I've got News!
I'm back to exercising!!!!! Hurray!!!!! I ADORE it!!!!
I missed it so, so, so, so much!!!!
I decided Friday is part of the weekend, so I started on Friday, instead of Saturday! Nobody would let me be at work anyway, because of the meningitis at work! If no one else has come down with it, then I get to go to work tomorrow and stay for the whole day!
Friday:
Bike - 3 miles, Walk Diet - 1 Mile, Gazelle - .35 miles
I spread these out doing the Bike in the morning, the Walk Diet in the afternoon with Joe, and the Gazelle at night.
Saturday:
Bike - 5 miles (part in morning, part in evening), Ab-lounge - 20 minutes
Sunday(today):
Walk Diet - 1 mile, Gazelle - .35 miles, Bike (still to do tonight)
As you can see I am not overdoing it! I am spreading it out and not doing as much! (Before I was doing 10 miles of biking, 2 miles Walk Diet with weights, and 1/2 mile of swimming - all in one day!) I won't be doing any swimming and I got the Gazelle and the Ab-lounge to trade off with. I plan to gradually get back to biking and walking 6 days a week and doing the Gazelle and Ab-lounge 3 days a week each. I will make sure I take one day a week off. All the literature I've read while I have been sick says that a day off is important! I'm really working at being good.

Yahoo for you! Look at all that moving you're doing. I'm so happy you can exercise again. I know how much better it can make the body feel. Take care and I hope you get to go back to work tomorrow.
